Hey, I'm Katie.

 

With over 15 years of coaching experience, I have transferred my skills and love of fitness to Personal Training.  I am based in a brand new personal training studio in the heart of Gosforth (Hidden Strength).

I firmly believe in sustainable fitness and nutrition. My role as a PT is not to judge or dictate. I seek to understand my clients priorities, to discover how exercise and food fits in with their lifestyle and build a programme which they are able to commit to long term.  By treating clients as individuals, educating them on different approaches and techniques, I am able to empower them to take ownership and make informed choices.

I offer tailored 1:1 personal training sessions, designed to your specific fitness goals.  This will be discussed during initial consultation and reviewed throughout your training programme.  I'm all about sustainable and balanced changes, nailing form and using that as a solid foundation to build upon. You'll be surprised at how much you can achieve.  Sessions will be varied, structured and fun! I'm incredibly fortunate to work in such an amazing private studio with the coolest of equipment. 

Free initial consultation

1:1 Personal Training per individual session one hour £40

1:1 Personal Training block of 10 x 1 hour £350 (=£35 per session)

1:1 Personal Training block of 10 x 40 minutes £275 (=27.50 per session)

Pairs or small groups £P.O.A

Private training studio of just 3 personal trainers

No added gym membership fee
